Gregory grew up in his father’s law practice learning injury litigation from a young age and joined the practice directly out of law school. Gregory has represented injured people and their families ever since, including argument before the Supreme Court of Illinois on a question of first impression.
His practice has focused on the most complex cases, such as wrongful death, trucking and rail, construction, and catastrophic injury, usually against several corporate defendants represented by national firms.
Gregory is believed to be the first practicing attorney to hold a Master of Science in Information Systems from Northwestern University. He built and maintains the office's many servers and wrote the software the office runs on including our document platforms, our legal citation engines, and the AI systems that support daily case management. His tech and analytic skills allow our office to compete with and defeat sophisticated defendants used to burying plaintiff law firms in documents and pleadings.
