Patricoski Partner Gregory grew up in his father’s law practice learning injury litigation from a young age and joined the practice directly out of law school. Gregory has represented injured people and their families ever since, including argument before the Supreme Court of Illinois on a question of first impression. His practice has focused on the most complex cases, such as wrongful death, trucking and rail, construction, and catastrophic injury, usually against several corporate defendants represented by national firms. Gregory is believed to be the first practicing attorney to hold a Master of Science in Information Systems from Northwestern University. During this time, Mark has handled, arbitrated, mediated, litigated, tried to Bench / Jury verdict, and settled over 3,200 injury and worker’s compensation-related claims. Mark has handled dozens of multi-million dollar cases including setting a record for the largest non-death settlement in Boone county.
